FAQs

How does the Rider Check-in tag work?

The Rider Check-in tag works by using near-field communication (NFC) technology. It’s similar to the technology used in contactless payments. When a rider arrives at a site, the rider app asks them to tap the tag to check in. Because you can decide where to place the tag, staff will have a more accurate signal that the rider has arrived on site.
